hello, and welcome to my website! you can call me nalfae, or audi. this is my first ever attempt at coding, before neocities i barely had any idea what HTML really was. most of my skills are pretty much just trial and error and a whole lot of googling. my biggest reason behind this website was to push myself away from mainstream social media, such as twitter or instagram, and to give myself an outlet that feels much more personal. i also feel much safer showcasing my creations on my own blog, on my own time, with no added comment or favoriting system (like instagram). while i could easily just go out and buy myself a journal to put all my thoughts into, i think i enjoy the idea of sharing them with a small corner of the internet!
if you'd like to know a small portion of information about me, just know that i'm currently 21 years old. i'm obsessed with writing and reading, and i hope this website will push me to write and create more. aside from that, i am also an artist, and spend most of my time drawing whatever my little heart desires. as you can also probably tell, i have a funny sort of way of speaking, but it's mostly due to the fact i adopt a lot of different tones from things i read or have read in the past. i hope you do not think of me as pretentious! please excuse how repetive i can be in my writing, i hope i can relearn what i've lost due to a lack of practice.
